Yvonne and her brother, neither of them with construction experience needed guidance on how to deal with the dilapidated decks on the front and rear of the home they inherited. Knowing that the house would be going up for sale shortly they didn’t want to invest more time or energy than was needed or practical. I consulted with local relators to ensure our construction plan was practical and well suited to future buyers.
